Mock Fish with Dark Soya Sauce

Ingredients
- - 2 slices of ginger
- - 6–8 pieces of mock fish
- - Cooking oil
- - Sugar
- - Dark soya sauce
- - Water
Instructions
- 1. Pan-fry the mock fish with ginger slices until golden brown.
- 2. Remove and set aside.
- 3. In the same pan, add a little cooking oil, sugar, dark soya sauce, and water.
- 4. Stir and simmer the mixture to form a sauce.
- 5. Add the pan-fried mock fish back into the pan and coat well with the sauce.
- 6. Mix a small amount of corn starch with water, then stir it into the pan to thicken the sauce.
- 7. Once the sauce thickens and evenly coats the fish, serve immediately.
