A quick and simple stir-fry featuring broccoli, mushrooms, black fungus, and carrot. Lightly seasoned with vegetarian oyster sauce, this dish is perfect for a wholesome everyday meal.
Ingredients:
1 small carrot, sliced
A handful of black fungus, soaked and sliced
3–4 mushrooms, sliced
1 small head of broccoli, cut into florets
2–3 tbsp water
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
Salt, to taste
Cooking oil
Instructions:
Wash and prepare all vegetables: slice the carrot, mushrooms, and black fungus; cut broccoli into bite-sized florets.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan or wok over medium heat.
Add carrot, mushroom, and black fungus. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until slightly softened.
Add broccoli and a splash of water. Continue stir-frying until broccoli turns bright green and tender-crisp.
Add vegetarian oyster sauce and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes to combine and coat evenly.
